CP Central

What is CP Central? It’s forward-thinking, enterprise-worthy software that is proprietary to Cruise Planners/American Express at little to no cost to our franchise members.

What does it do? It allows our franchise owners to have a fully-integrated, web-based system to research, manage and market their business 24/7 within a single platform.

Research
An integrated Web 2.0 extranet is available so that franchise owners can find travel products, stay current on destination, cruise, tour and other travel information and connect with the Home Office from anywhere in the world. It also provides a social networking medium to more than 700 franchisees across the country to exchange information and share best practices.

Management
An enterprise-level CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool is provided so franchise owners can manage their customers and bookings, as well as produce invoices and track commissions. It also comes with a full suite of sophisticated reporting functionality allowing each franchise owner to better manage their business.

We also have RegisWeb, a group management tool exclusive to Cruise Planners, which offers franchise owners the ability to create individual pages on their web sites. The pages are specific to group bookings and provide group members password-protected entry to specify preferences, obtain trip updates and enter personal information, which ensures accuracy and phases out the data entry process for you.

Marketing
The web-based marketing system will also be integrated into CP Central. It will provide franchise owners with the ability to generate leads and customize their Web sites and materials from templates with search engine optimization built directly into the framework. And our franchise owners will be able to design, print and schedule personalized sales flyers, e-cards and other custom direct mail pieces to send to their customers.
