Executive Team

Michelle has been in travel business since 1981 and owned a full-service travel agency for over 20 years, in partnership with Lynn Korn. In 1994, Michelle and Lynn partnered with veteran travel agent Marvin Davis to form Cruise Planners/American Express.

Under Michelle’s guidance, the company launched two truly turn-key programs: Internet Marketing and Direct Marketing. Both programs have grown substantially along with the company itself while remaining seamless to our network of agents.

Michelle has successfully completed the educational requirements and professional criteria to become a CTC (Certified Travel Counselor), the highest standard of achievement in the travel industry.

Michelle serves on many boards within the industry and has garnered prestigious industry awards.

Vicky oversees the franchise development, marketing and the human resources department. Working closely with senior management to develop and leverage strategic partnerships with cruise lines, tour operators and air consolidators to create sales and marketing programs. Vicky, who joined the company in 2004, brings over 21 years of travel industry and entrepreneurial experience to Cruise Planners/American Express.

Terri oversees the Training and Business Development and Tours departments at Cruise Planners/American Express. Since joining in 2009, in this newly created position, Terri is responsible for developing training and certification programs, and working with Cruise Planners/American Express franchise owners to help enhance their sales and marketing techniques.

Tom is an accomplished financial executive with more than 20 years experience and has served as CFO of a group of Miami-based manufacturers of automotive, video game and consumer electronics accessories, immediately prior to joining Cruise Planners/American Express in 2008.

Tom has invented a couple of award-winning board games, built a dozen companies with financial reporting and operating systems in three continents and has always respected and admired entrepreneurs more than anyone.
